Clinic Cancellation Policy

At It’s Me & You Clinic, we value your time and our commitment to providing exceptional care and service. To ensure efficient appointment scheduling and availability for all our clients, we have implemented a 48-hour cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request that you do so at least 48 hours in advance.
Cancellations or rescheduling made within 24 hours of your appointment time will result in a charge of £100.00 before you can rebook your appointment.

Monday Appointments:
Please note that if your appointment falls on a Monday, we are not always open on Sundays. To avoid any charges, as long as you have contacted the clinic via email at [email protected] or left a voicemail outside of the 24-hour window, you will not be charged.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we strive to accommodate our clients as best as possible. However, we kindly request your cooperation in adhering to our cancellation policy to ensure fair scheduling and exceptional service for all.
